WILMER OSCAR GRAY
Began his career in Crandall ISD in 1930. Employed as Teacher, Principal and Bus Driver at G. W. Carver School in Mesquite ISD in 1946. During the desegregation of schools in Mesquite ISD, he became Director of Special Services and liaison between the Black community and the School District Administration, retiring in 1970. School named in his honor.
