Employed in Dallas ISD for thirty-eight years as teacher, coach, Federal Programs Coordinator, Assist. Principal, Principal and first Black Athletic Director. DISD Athletic stadium named in his honor. He became Athletic Director for Paul Quinn College, appointed interim Vice President, Interim President and CEO. Inducted in the Texas Black Sports Hall of Fame.
