Began his teaching career at Paul Quinn College in Waco as Teacher/Coach. Employed by DISD as Teacher/Coach, served as Assistant Principal at Lincoln High School, active in Dallas Big Brothers and inducted in the Paul Quinn College Hall of Fame.
