Began his career in the Dallas ISD as a teacher at James Madison High School. Worked as Assistant Principal, Principal of Elementary Schools, Longfellow Academy, Middle Schools and High Schools, Liaison between Learning Centers and Elementary Department and Assistant Director - Personnel Department.
