Teacher, cross cultural assignment, federal court ordered desegregation. Taught at C. F. Carr (West Dallas) before being assigned to Arthur Kramer ES (North Dallas). Thirty-five years: classroom teacher, instructional resource teacher and instructional specialist. Delivered quality instruction to Dallas youth during her career and served as a volunteer in the schools through SAGE (Seniors Actively Guiding Education). Active in civic and community affairs.
